Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of mirin
- 4 tbsp of cooking sake
- 1 big tbsp of black sesame oil
- 3-4cups water
- 5 chicken with bones
- 1/4 cup rice
- 2–3 slices ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Onion

Method
- Wash the rice and place it inside the chicken if using a whole chicken.
- Put the chicken into the rice cooker.
- Add ginger, garlic, mirin and water.
- Close the lid and cook on the normal rice cooking mode is soup mode
- When it’s done, add salt and pepper to taste.
