Ingredients
- Diced onion Grated or Julienne CarrotsWater chestnuts Lee Kum Kee Sauce San Choy Bao 100gFlat rice nooodles
- 1 tsp oil1 tsp crushed garlic
- 500 grams pork mince

Method
- Fry off diced onion and pork mince with oil and garlic
- Soak rice noodles in hot water until tender in separate bowl until tender
- Add water chestnuts and carrot to pan with pork and onions
- Add san boy chow sauce to pan and mix
- Add drained noodles with a 1/4 cup of the hot noodle water
