Theme: One Bowl Wonder
SAN cho bow with a twist

Ingredients
- 500g chicken mince
- 1 Tbsn Olivie oil
- 1 x bunch broccolini
- 200g baby spinach
- 1 x pack bean sprouts
- 227g water chestnut slices (can)
- 225 bamboo shoots slices (can)
- 2 cloves garlic
- Small piece of ginger
- 1 1/2 tspn corn flour
- 1/2 tspn sugar
- 3 Tbspn water
- 3 Tbspn soya sauce
- 1 x pack Cos lettuce

- VALCOM - BAMBOO SHOOT SLICES
Method
- Chop up all into small pieces, broccolini, spinach, bamboo shoots, water chestnut, garlic and ginger.
- Add olive oil into a wok and heat up for a minute.
- Cook garlic and ginger for 30 seconds
- Add in chicken mince and cook till completely cooked and browned slightly, approximately 10 minutes.
- Add in chopped up vegetables, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add in bean sprouts and cook for 1 minute.
- Add in sauce, mixture of combined together, corn flower, soya sauce and sugar.
- Cook for a further 5 minutes
- Serve in lettuce boats and enjoy
- Note add more soya sauce if you want taste stronger.
