Ingredients
- 1kg of pork mince
- Tsp sesame oil4tbs soy sauce4tbs oyster sauce1 Tbs peanut oil (I use olive oil as my son has peanut allergy)
- 1 can bamboo shoots1 can water chestnuts
- 2 cloves of garlic- crushed1 tsp crushed ginger
- 2 handful of fried noodles
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- Sesame seeds
- 1 cup mushrooms - finely chopped
Method
- Combine oils and sauces in bowlFinely chop mushrooms, bamboo shoots & water chestnutsPrepare iceberg lettuce so it is cut into lettuce cups
- 1/2 sesame oil in wokBrown mince
- Add sauce mixture and stir fry until sauce reduces
- Add mushrooms, bamboo shoots & water chestnuts Stir fry until well combined
- Add fried noodles and stir through
- Spoon mince mixture into lettuce cupsSprinkle sesame seeds over the mince
- Eat…. Yum
