Ingredients
- Sauce1 tsp cornflour mixed with 3 tbls water1.5 tbs Lee Kum Kee light soy1 tbs dark soy sce 2 tbs oyster sce1 tsp sesame oil2 tbs cooking wine1 tsp sugarMix together in a bowl
- Filling1 tbs peanut oilHalf tbs ginger and garlic mincedHalf brown onion finely chopped300g pork mince1 small carrot finely chopped100g chopped water chestnuts5 chopped baby corn5 chopped mushrooms
- To serve16 lettuce leavesChopped peanutsSpring onion sliced

Method
- Make a slurry of cornflour and water. Mix all sauce ingredients together.
- Heat oil in pan, add garlic and ginger , stir and add onion, cook 1 min.Add pork, cook until white, add vegetables and cook until carrot is soft. Add sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
- Serve mince wrapped in lettuce leaves and topped with peanuts and spring onion.
