San chow boa

Ingredients
- 500 gram chicken mince
- Shredded carrots
- Diced cucumber
- Pack of dried noddles
- Cos lettuce
- Pack of san choy boa sauce for lee kum kee

Method
- Heat oil in pan stir fry mince for 2 mins.
- Chop up vegtables and wash lettuce cups.
- Stir in lee kum kee sauce into mince mixture add a slash of water and let simmer for 5 mins.
- Spoon mixture on to lettuce cups and add toppings carrot cumber dried noddles and some chilli sauce (optional)
