- Lettuce
- Garlic
- Mince
- Water chestnut
- Onion
- Spring onion
- Salt and pepper
- Carrot

Method
- Place lettuce cups on serving plate
- Heat oil in wok with mince and onion and garlic
- Add rest of the ingredients and cook for 5min
- Stir in sauce and cook for 2min. Spoon into cups
