Ingredients
- 300g Plant based mince
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 zucchini
- 2tbs olive oil
- 100g valcom water chestnut
- 1 packet Lee Kum Kee, San Choy Bao
- 1 onion
- 1 red chilli
- 100g corn
- 100g tofu
- 1 lettuce
Method
- Chop all vegetables and tofu into small dices
- Heat frying pan and cook carrot and onion until golden brown
- Add in other vegetables and fry until soft and cooked.
- Place plant based mince in and cook with tofu, then add sauce to mixture
- Cut lettuce leafs into little cups
- Spoon mixture into lettuce cups and enjoy
