SAN Choy Bao

Ingredients
- Minced beef
- Onion
- Garlic
- Carrot’s
- Lettuce
- Spring onion
- Water chestnuts
- SAN choy bao

- LEE KUM KEE - READY SAUCE SAN CHOY BAO GF
Method
- Heat frypan with olive oil. Add onion then garlic then meat and carrot. Add salt pepper and water and cook 10 minutes?
- Add san choy bao sauce and water chestnuts. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Spoon mixture in lettuce cups and garnish with spring onions. I add more water chestnuts as I love them.
