San Choy Bao

Ingredients
- Pork mince
- Sunflower oil
- Water chestnuts
- Carrots
- Onion
- Garlic
- Spring onions
- Cos lettuce
- Lee Kum Kee san choy bao sauce

Method
- Prepare, wash and chop all ingredients, onion, garlic, carrots, water chestnuts, spring onions.
- On medium high heat, start frying onion and carrots together. Once carrots have softened and onions are beginning to caramelise, add in pork mince, water chestnuts and garlic. Cook until pork is no longer pink.
- Add in Lee Kum Kee san choy bao sauce and simmer for a few minutes or until the pan is nice and sticky
- Remove from heat, serve on lettuce leaves and top with chopped spring onions and chilli if you like spice!
