San Choy Bao

Ingredients
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 brown onion finsely chopped
- 400 grams of Pork Mince
- 1 carrot shredded finely
- 1 spring onion
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive Oil

Method
- Prepare lettuce cups
- Heat oil in Pan or wok and add garlic and chopped onion until they go slightly soft
- Add Pork and Salt Pepper and brown off the Pork
- Add carrots
- Add Sachet of Lee Kum Kee San Choy Bao simmer sauce.
- Garnish with chopped Spring Onion
- Enjoy
