San Choy Bao bowls

Ingredients
- 700g Pork mince
- Olive oil for cooking
- 6 medium mushrooms cut finely
- 1 tin of water chestnuts
- 1 grated zucchini
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp Salt plus to taste
- Pepper to taste

- LEE KUM KEE - ABALONE IN PREMIUM OYSTER SAUCE
Method
- Add oil, brown mince, add garlic and cook for 1 minute
- Add raw vegetables and water chestnuts, cook until water cooked out of the dish, add salt and pepper.
- Add sauce and stir, simmer for 3-5minutes. Serve with rice, crushed nuts and fried onions.
