San Choy Bow Bowl

Ingredients
- 500g Pork mince
- 2 carrots chopped
- Water chestnuts chopped (as many as you like)
- 1/2 onion diced
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- Lettuce leaves chopped
- 2 spring onions chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Pepper and salt (as required)

Method
- Add oil, chopped onion and garlic to hot pan on medium to high heat.
- Stir fry for 2 minutes then add pork mince, chopped carrot and water chestnuts.
- Brown mince and add 1/4 cup water. Cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes
- Add Lee Kum Kee San Choy Bow sauce and simmer for 5-10 minutes until mince cooked am carrots softened
- Add chopped lettuce to bowl, add mince mixture and garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds
- Enjoy!!
