San choy pao

Ingredients
- 8 lettuce leaves (trimmed to form cups)
- One garlic clove (minced)
- 1 tablespoon onion (chopped)
- 300 G lean pork (minced)
- 80 g carrot (diced)
- 50 G water chestnuts (diced) cause I
- 1 tablespoon spring onion (diced and garnish optional)
- Half teaspoon salt
- Quarter teaspoon ground black pepper

- LEE KUM KEE - SATAY STIR FRY SAUCE
Method
- Place lettuce cups on serving plates.
- Heat oil in a wok or pan and stir-fry, minced garlic and chopped onion for one minute
- Add pork, salt and ground black pepper and stirfry for two minutes add 2 tablespoons water and cover for one minute
- Add carrot and water chestnuts and stirfry briefly
- Stir in one packet of Lee kum kee, ready sauce, and cook for two minutes spoon in lettuce cups, and garnish with spring onions
