- 500g Pork mince
- Kewpie mayo
- Lettuce cups

- Mushrooms
- Broccoli

- Sesame oil
- Gochchang

Method
- Cook onion and pork mince in oil till pork is minced up
- Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and sesame oil to taste
- Add mushrooms and broccoli and cook till veggies are cooked
- Make spicy mayo sauce: 1 tablespoon gochuchang 3tblsp kewpie mayo 1 teaspoon sesame oil and combine
- Add pork mince dish to lettuce cup and some spicy mayo sauce and enjoy
