Ingredients
- Pork and beef mince
- 1/4 cabbage chopped finely
- 1 onion chopped finely, 3 cloves garlic
- 1 stick celery chopped
- 2 medium carrots grated
- punnet of cherry tomatoes
- Teriyaki beef ready sauce
- salt, pepper, sesame seeds

Method
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the pan and fry off onions and garlic then put aside in a bowl
- In the same pan add the mince to brown, 5 minutes
- Add carrots, celery, cabbage, salt and pepper to the pan and stir til mixed. Add the onions and garlic. 5 Minutes before serving, add the cherry tomatoes ( they burst and taste better when added last ) and the teriyaki sauce. Stir til mixed well.
- Add sesame seeds to the top, Take the pan to the table and serve - yummo
