Sardine bites (

Ingredients
- 60 g kewpie mayonnaise
- 125 g canned sardines
- juice of lemon to taste
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped pickles
- Italian parsley to taste

Method
- Open the sardines can and drain excess oil or water
- Place the sardines in a bowl and mash with a fork until smooth
- Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, black pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in the chopped pickles and the Italian parsley.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Serve with bread, toast or crackers. You can enjoy it immediately or chill it for a few hours to firm up.
