Satay chicken toddler approved

Ingredients
- 500g chicken
- 1 Brown onion
- 1 zucchini
- 1/2 capsicum
- 1 tin coconut cream
- 3 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1cm ginger

Method
- Slice onions and fry in pan and then add garlic and ginger. Fry until aromatic.
- Add chicken and fry until cooked through. Add zucchini and capsicum. Put lid on the fry pan so it steams the veggies to help cook. To hide the veggies you can grate then before cooking.
- To make the sauce add the curry powder, peanut butter and soy sauce. Add to the pan. Let that cook for 1 - 2 mins then add the coconut cream.
