Satay Sauce of the Century

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed (or 2 tbsp of jarred minced garlic)
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 4 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce (Kecap Manis)
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup real crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp water or more depending on consistency you want

- ABC - SWEET SOY SAUCE
Method
- In a small pot turn heat to medium/high
- Add 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil & 1 tbsp peanut oil
- Add garlic and shallots to oil and brown
- Turn heat down to medium/low
- Add 4 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce and 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Stir in thoroughly together
- Add 1 cup real crunchy peanut butter
- Stir in thoroughly
- Add water to the consistency you want while continuously stirring
- Server warm in ramakin or preparation bowl
- Ideal with chicken, lamb, beef or vegetable skewers
