School lunch tuna sushi Fridays

Ingredients
- Yaki Nori sheets
- Cooked sushi rice
- Tuna
- Cucumber
- Mayonnaise

Method
- Steam sushi rice and bring to room temperature.
- Slice cucumber sticks and mix tuna with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Place 1 nori sheet on bamboo roller mat. Place 1/3 of cooked rice and flatten with fingers.
- Place 1/3 of tuna in middle of rice in a long log shape. Place one row of cucumbers on tuna.
- Wet top of nori sheet with water drops and roll into a sushi log. Slice to desired thickness of sushi.
