Scrumptious Simple Sushi

Ingredients
- Sushi Rice
- Yaki Nori sheets
- 95g tin tuna
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 4tbs Kewpie mayonnaise
- Sushi applicator (if you have one)

- OBENTO - YAKI NORI FOR SUSHI
Method
- Cook 1 cup of Sushi rice
- Mix tin Tuna, diced cucumber and mayo in a bowl
- Lay out nori sheets x 2 (makes 2 rolls) in the sushi applicator put rice in both sides and on one side fill with the Tuna mix. Then pipe the filling along one side of the sheet and roll (seal closed with a dab of water if needed)
