Seafood Chowder

Ingredients
- 650g Seafood marinara mix
- 50g Unsalted butter
- 100g steamy bacon
- 2 cloves garluc
- 1/2 cup chardinnay
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 litre chicken stock
- 2 medium carrots
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 1 cup corn
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- Pinch each of salt and pepper

Method
- Cook bacon in butter, remove. Sauté garlic, deglaze with white wine, make roux. Add stock, simmer potato, carrots and bacon 10 min. Add cream, corn, fish sauce, pepper, raw seafood - simmer 3 min. Stir in cooked seafood, taste for salt. Serve!
