Seafood Red Curry

Ingredients
- 400ml coconut milk
- Bamboo shoots
- 500gm Prawns
- 500gm Calamari
- 2 tsp Fish Oil
- Tin of bamboo shoots
- Handful green beans
- Marion’s Kitchen Thai red curry paste - jar
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbs oil

- VALCOM - BAMBOO SHOOT SLICES
- VALCOM - COCONUT MILK
Method
- Heat oil and fry onion
- Add red curry paste and cook for 2 minutes
- Add protein and cook
- Add coconut milk and stir through
- Add vegetables and fish sauce and cook for 5 minutes
- Serve with fresh jasmine steamed rice
