- Seaweed
- Salt
- Chicken powder
- Popiah skin
- Sesame seed
- Egg white

- OBENTO - YAKI NORI FOR SUSHI
Method
- Mix egg white with salt and chicken powder
- Egg wash popiah skin with the egg white mixture
- Sprinkle sesame seed and put on a slice of seaweed
- Roll up the combination sheets and cut into pieces
- Deep fried the cut pieces
