Sensational sushi

Ingredients
- 1x packet Obento Yaki Nori for sushi
- 1 block of Tofu, marinated, fried or straight from the packet. Sliced into .5cm strips
- 3x Avocado
- Carrot, sliced thinly
- Cucumber
- Soy sauce, wasabi, and mayonaise
- Obento Sushi seasoning
- Sushi rice 2 cups dry

Method
- Wash and cook sushi rice according to instructions. Once cooked, add sushi seasoning accornding to packet instructions and allow to cool on a plate/tray.
- While rice is cooking and cooling prepare and cut up fillings as desired. TiP: For crunchy tofu, coat with milk then cornflour mixed with salt, pepper and garlic powder, then fry in oil or spritz with oil and air fry until golden.
- Once rice is room temperature, place nori shiny side down on a rolling mat. With wet spoon/hands place and disperse rice around the bottom 2/3 of the nori.
- Place wasabi or Mayo if desired in the middle of the rice in a line. Then top with fillings, but do not overfill
- Using the sushi mat, roll up the bottom section, over the fillings, until it meets the other side of the rice and continue rolling into a roll. Leave seam side down for a few minutes to seal
- With a moistened sharp knife, slice sushi into desired size pieces. Dip in soy sauce and enjoy!
