- Kokuho Rose sushi rice, Obento Yaki Nori, Obento Sushi Seasoning, Carrots, cucumber, avocado, feta & capsicum.
- Cook rice according to packet instructions, add sushi seasoning. Cool. Meanwhile thinly slice carrots, cucumber, capsicum, avocado & feta. When rice is cool, place Nori on bamboo mat, cover with rice, 1mm thick, leaving 1cm at one end without rice. Place filling of choice on the opposite end for about 5cm. Using the bamboo mat, start rolling the sushi over itself until you reach the end of the rice section. Sprinkle a small amount of water on the remaining nori section thwn continue to roll & stick the nori. Cut sushi into 4 & place on plate.
