Sesame roasted poke bowls

Ingredients
- Kewpie roasted sesame dressing
- 500g chicken
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 1/2 red capsicum sliced thinly
- 1 avocado sliced
- 1/2 cucumber sliced with a peeler thinly
- 1 carrot peeled and thinly sliced with a peeler
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Teriyaki sauce 3 tablespoons
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Sesame oil 1 tablespoon

Method
- Cut chicken into strips and coat with Teriyaki sauce and garlic. Set aside. Rinse and cook rice according to packet directions
- Heat pan with 1T oil, cook marinated chicken until cooked through and browned
- Prepare fresh vegetables for the bowls
- Divide rice among 4 bowls, add chicken and vegetables in groupings. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle Kewpie dressing over. Serve
