Theme: One Bowl Wonder
Sessame chicken

Ingredients
- 1kg chicken
- 1tsp sugar
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 80ml water
- 1/2 cup soysauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cornstrach
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1tsp vinegar
- Green onions
- White sessame

Method
- In a bowl put in your vinegar, soysauce, ketchup and water and leave it aside THE SAUCE
- Them grab your chicken thighs and cut them into small pieces
- Once done grab another bowl and add in your chicken, salt, sugar, baking soda and cornstrach and marinate and cover the bowl with a plastic cling warp and wait for 5mins
- Then heat up the pan wait for 3mins and put the olive oil in the pan and wait for 2mins
- Add your chicken and put it in the pan and cook til golden brown
- Once done fry again the second time for maximum cripness
- Add in the indregients from step 1 in the pan and make sure the chicken is coated with the sauce
- Once done turn off the pan and wait to cool down
- Add the chicken in the plate and decorate with green onions and white sesame seeds
