Shanghai Pork

Ingredients
- Pork loin
- 1tbs oil
- 2 cups sugarloaf cabbage shredded
- 1 carrot grated
- Jasmine rice
- Lee Kum Kee Shanghai stir fry noodle sauce

Method
- Heat oil in wok and brown pork loin
- Add shredded cabbage and Lee Kum Kee Shanghai Stir Fry sauce. Stir and cover, cook for 5 mins (add water if required)
- Add carrot and stir through.
- Serve over jasmine rice
