Shanghai Style Noodles

Ingredients
- 500g of Chicken Breast
- 3 x 200g of Mr Chen's Hokkien Noodles
- 2 x Bok Choy
- 1 x Lee Kum Kee Shanghai Stir Fry Noodles Sauce 120g

Method
- Wash and cut up your Bok Choy into pieces.
- Dice your 500g of Chicken Breast and fry in a pan until cooked.
- Boil water and cook 3 x 200g of Mr Chen's Hokkien Noodles according to instructions.
- In the pan, mix your cooked chicken breast, noodles and bok choy before adding Lee Kum Kee Shanghai Stir Fry Noodles Sauce. Mix thoroughly and serve.
