- Spring onion
- Oil
- Noodle
- Soy sauce
- Abc sauce
- Eggs

Method
- Use oil to fire spring onion, when the smell of spring onion come out, add soy sauce, abc sauce and sugar
- Pan fired eggs
- Cook noodles
- Mix Scallion Oil Sauce will noodle and add eggs
