Sichuan Vege Dumplings

Ingredients
- Seasoning oil
- 2-3 whole spring onions
- 5-6 garlic cloves
- 2-3 star anise
- Sichuan Pepper
- Eggs
- Chinese chives
- green beans
- fungus
- obento sushi and sashimi soy sauce
- tofu
- vegan oyster sauce
- salt
- dumpling wrapper

Method
- place oil, spring onions (whole) garlic cloves, star anise and Sichuan pepper in low temperature pol and cook until almost burnt. then get rid of all the ingredients but keep the oil.
- fry the eggs, and get the Chinese chives, cut up green beans, tofu and seasoned oil and fry in the pan and sauces including soy sauce to create a tasty filling.
- Once all ingredients are cooked place the fillings into the dumpling wrappers, close the dumpling wrapper and steam lightly in a steamer until cooked. And it's ready to eat with some delicious soy sauce.
