Simple Sliced Sushi

Ingredients
- Obento Yaki Nori - Sushi sheets
- Sushi Rice
- Obento Sushi Seasoning
- Tuna or chicken patties or both
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Kewpie roasted sesame dressing

Method
- Cook 2 cups of sushi rice in your rice cooker till ready.
- Add in sushi seasoning while hot and allow to cool in fridge.
- Lay out seaweed sheet shiny side down and spread over the thin layer of cooked sushi rice.
- Add fillings you wish - tuna & avocado, or chicken and cucumber.
- Roll tightly and use dab of water along the each to stick and seal.
- Cut to desired thickness slices and enjoy with a dash of Kewpie dressing!
