Simple Spicy Stirfry

Ingredients
- Soy sauce x 4 tablespoon
- Sweet soy sauce x 4 tablespoons
- Beef strips x 500g
- Rice wine vinegar x 1 tablespoon
- Red chilli sliced x 1
- Brocollini x 1 bunch
- Corn kernals x half cup
- Rice x 3 cups
- Brown sugar x 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil x 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil x 1 tablespoon
- Brown onion x 1
- Garlic x 1 teaspoon crushed

Method
- Cook your rice as per package instructions and set aside.
- Add both sesame and vegetable oil to the pan, and fry your beef strips.
- To make the sauce combine Brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and garlic into a dish and mix.
- Once meat is browned add chilli, onion, and brocollini let vegetables fry for 1 minute.
- Add sauce to pan and stir. Close lid and let cook for 3 minutes. Serve with rice.
