Siracha Salmon Bowl

Ingredients
- 2xsalmon filet
- Soy
- Sesame oil
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Teaspoon honey
- Baby cucumbers
- Spring onion
- Avocado
- Sriarcha
- Fried shallot
- Kewpie mayo
- One cup rice

Method
- Preheat oven 180 fan force
- Combine salmon, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic and onion powder in tin foil boat (closed), cook for 15-18 minutes
- Cook rice
- Cut avocado and baby cucumbers into small cubes and finely chop spring onion.
- Combine in bowls. Top with sriracha and kewpie mayo and fried shallots
