Siracha Salmon Rice Bowl

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Jasmine rice
- Siracha mayo
- 1 tsp siracha
- Cucumber
- Capsicum
- Spring onion

Method
- Chop the Salmon fillet into cubes. Slice the capsicum and cucumber into slices.
- Combine the paprika, garlic powder, soy sauce, honey, sriracha and olive oil in a bowl. Add the cubed salmon and mix.
- Air fryer the salmon for 10 minutes at 200° C with the chopped capsicum. In the mean time, cook Jasmine rice according to packet instructions.
- Plate the Jasmine rice, cooked capsicum, salmon and fresh cucumber. Top the salmon with siracha mayo and garnish with spring onions. Done!
