Sizzling wok-tossed spice chicken rice

Ingredients
- green bean, carrot, chilli, egg, rice
- Oil, lee kum kee Cantonese chicken sauce pack
- 100g Chicken breast, starch to marinade

Method
- Cook up some yummy rice in rice cooker. Thinly sliced up all vegetables, cut up the chicken breast in bite size, marinate with starch and massage with lee kum kee sauce
- Put oil in the wok and heat up the wok then stirfry the vegetables, put lid on for quick steaming. Then pan fry the marinated chicken bites, can start to smell the aroma. Lastly, cook up a beautiful sunny side up egg.
- Plate the rice in round shape, lay the egg on side, then place the delicious wok fried Cantonese spiced chicken and vegetable next to it, Voila! Dinners ready!
