- chicken
- pickled ginger
- wasbi
- shreded carrot
- oregano
- soy sauce
- kewpie mayo
- avacado
- sesame seeds
- seaweed
- rice vinegar

Method
- Cook rice and let cool slightly. Mix vinegar, andthen stir into rice.Spread rice evenly over mat, press down firmly.Flip so rice faces down (inside-out roll).Add crispy chicken, cucumber, avocado in the centre.
- Roll tightly, using the mat to compress.Roll outside in sesame seeds.Slice into pieces
- Drizzle mayo on top and serve with soy sauce.garnish with ginger, wasabi, oregano
