Slow cooked beef panaeng curry

Ingredients
- Grass fed beef
- Olive oil
- Brown sugar
- Fish sauce
- Green beans
- Sweet potato
- Curry paste

Method
- Stirfry half jar of Penang curry paste with olive oil until fragrant
- Add half a jar of coconut milk and stirfry for five minutes until it thickens
- Add in diced grass fed beef and cook on high for two minutes add remaining coconut milk, fish sauce and sugar
- Add in lime leaves and place pot in oven for four hours too slow cook
- In the last 15 minutes, add in sweet potato and green beans
