Slow Cooked Mongolian Lamb MeatballS with green beans and rice

Ingredients
- Lee kum kee Mongolian lamb ready sauce
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 600g lamb mince
- 1 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Minced ginger
- 1 tsp Chicken stock
- 2 cups rice
- Green beans half cup
- Had a Onion diced

Method
- Mix the chicken stock, minced garlic and ginger into the minced lamb.
- Place the ready sauce into the slow cooker on high with 1 cup of water and the diced onion.
- Roll the meat mixture into small balls and fry off in a fry pan until golden brown then place them into the slow cooker for 1 hour and 15 mins.
- Cook your rice to your own preference.
- Serve the meat balls on top of the rice. You can use whatever veggies you like. I only used beans as that’s what I had on hand.
