Slow cooker Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
- 1340g Boneless Chicken Thighs
- 5 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 4 tbsp Mirin
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 2.5 cups short grain rice

Method
- Put Chicken Thighs, Soy Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Mirin, Honey, Ginger paste and garlic paste into slow cooker. Combine and coat chicken well.
- Cover and cook in slow cooker on low for 5 hours. Once done, shred the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Towards the end of the chicken cooking, cook the rice to package instructions. Once rice is cooked and chicken is shredded, combine.
