Slowly braised chicken and rice bowl

Ingredients
- Soy sauce 50ml
- Butter 25gm
- Olive oil 25 ml
- Soy sauce 50ml
- Rice wine 15 ml
- Oyster sauce 1tbspn
- Chicken thigh Maryland 300gm
- Salt 1 tea spoon
- Pepper 1 tea spoon

- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM SOY SAUCE
Method
- Mix all the sauces and marinate the chicken thigh
- Heat up a pan and add the oil
- Add the marinated chicken and add butter
- Slowl braise it with water and rice wine for 20 minutes in high flame and flip it again braise it for another 15 minutes in a small flame
- Serve it with sushi rice, sauté mushroom and avocado
