Smoked salmon sushi

Ingredients
- Nori sheets
- Sushi rice
- Smoked salmon
- Avocado
- Cream cheese
- ABC sweet soy sauce kecap manis

Method
- Cook sushi rice. Tip into a large glass bowl and add 2 tsp sugar & 2 tbsp vinegar. Gently mix through and then set aside to cool.
- Lay out four Nori sheets, shiny side down and place quarter of the rice on each sheet. With wet hands, spread rice over each sheet, leaving a 2cm gap at the top.
- Place quarter of the smoked salmon, avocado and cream cheese on each Nori sheet, in a horizontal line close to the bottom.
- Tightly roll each one and wet the top gap before finishing the roll so it sticks to itself.
- Refrigerate until you're ready to eat, and then serve with a generous amount of kecap manis.
- Have a napkin nearby to wipe the drool from your mouth because they're so delicious. *Chef's kiss* Enjoy!
