Snapper Green Curry

Ingredients
- 150g Red snapper fillet
- 1 tbs Valcom green curry
- 100 ml coconut cream
- Cabbage, broccoli, beans, tofu, potato, carrot
- Garlic olive oil
- Salt pepper
- Fried onion
- 2 boiled eggs
- 400 ml chicken stock

Method
- Chop vegetables
- Seared fish fillet in garlic olive oil, then set it aside.
- Bring chickrnn stock to boil, then add all the vegetables, cook for 5 minutes, add green curry paste, then coconut cream.Once its all cooked serve into 3-4 bowl with the fish at the base pour the green curry, then add half boiled egg and garnish with fried onion and corriander. Serve with rice.
