Theme: One Bowl Wonder
Soba delight

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsb rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 270g soba noodles
- 1/4 tspn black pepper ground
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 2 cups green onions, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup green onions, minced
- 3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Method
- Bring pot of water to the boil, cook soba noodles for 2-3 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water in a colander, toss in a little sesame oil to stop clumping.
- While the noodles cook, in a bowl combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar and black pepper.
- Heat a large frying pan, medium to high heat. Add canola oil, bringing up to temperature before adding the chopped green onions, stir and cook for 15-30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add soy and sesame mixture and cook for 30 seconds. Toss in the noodles until they're heated. Add remaining minced green onion and half sesame seeds. Garnish with remaining sesame seeds.
