Soba noodle salad

Ingredients
- Soba Noodles 270g
- 1 cup frozen edamame
- 2 cups Kaleslaw Coles Kit
- 4 baby cucumbers
- Fresh Coriander
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 2 tbsp 100% natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Method
- Cook Soba noodles, add edamame put in the fridge cold.
- While noodles cool, make the sauce by adding all sauce ingredients together, mix thoroughly.
- Chop up coriander and baby cucumbers.
- Once cool, combine all salad ingredients in bowl with Soba Noodles and coat in sauce. Mix until all ingredients are coated and serve.
