Solly’s Sushi

Ingredients
- 3 cups Sushi Rice
- 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet Yaki Nori sheets
- Smoked Salmon 200g
- 200g tuna
- 2 tbsp of Kewpie mayo
- Soy Sauce to seve
- Half Cucumber cut into sticks

- KEWPIE - MAYONNAISE
- OBENTO - SUSHI RICE
- OBENTO - RICE WINE VINEGAR
- OBENTO - YAKI NORI FOR SUSHI
Method
- Cook rice in rice cooker. Add rice wine vinegar and sugar to large bowl and combine. Add rice and stir till cooled.
- Place 2 large spoonfuls of rice on Nori sheet and flatten so it covers half.
- Add a line of smoked salmon or tuna mayo and a line of Cucumber down the centre of the rice.
- Roll tightly and cut into half.
- Search with Soy Sauce and feed your hungry boys who would eat you out of house and home if you bought this amount of sushi ready made.
