- Heat oil in shallow large panBrown Onion and garlic
- Add Steak in chunks brown Then add VALCOM Authentic Thai red curry paste Then add the Coconut Milk Cook for 30 minutes Stirring occasionally
- After 30 minutes cookReduced heat to medium For a further 15 minutes Ready to serve 4 people
