Soy garlic beef udon

Ingredients
- Thin sliced beef
- 2 packs udon noodles
- 2 tbsp Dashi powder
- 500ml Beef stock
- 2 tbsp cooking sake
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Nob of ginger cut into match stick
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 3 spring onions
- 2 egg yokes
- Sesame seeds
- Sesame oil
- Granulated sugar

Method
- Marinate beef in; garlic, sugar, light soy sauce, mirin, sesame seeds, sesame oil
- To a pot simmer beef stock, add dashi powder, light soy, sake, mirin, ginger. Let simmer and add noodles 2 minutes before serving
- Cook beef on high heat for 1 minute or until cooked
- Add noodles to a bowl, followed by chopped spring onions and cooked beefPoor soup over top and finish with a raw egg yoke
