Soy Sauce Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
- 1.5 kg chicken drumsticks
- 4cm ginger sliced
- 4 garlic cloves sliced
- 2 spring onions sliced 5cm
- Quarter cup Lee Kum Kee dark soy
- Third cup Lee Kum Kee light soy
- Quarter cup shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbs cornflour mixed with quarter cup water
- 1 Tbs oil fir frying

- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM SOY SAUCE
- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM DARK SOY SAUCE
- LEE KUM KEE - SESAME OIL
Method
- Add oil to pan , fry garlic, ginger and white parts of spring onions for 2 mins.
- Add chicken and fry lightly until brown
- Mix liquid ingredients together and add to chicken. ( not cornflour mix) Simmer for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Add cornflour mix to thicken sauce.
